When you study abroad on a student visa you are often allowed to work part time. In the US you are only allowed to work on campus from your second semester but in other countries like Australia, Canada, and Japan students can work 20 hours per week while studying. In some cases you will need to apply for a work permit.
Study Medicine Abroad is one of the hardest things you can do. It is very competitive and the programs are long and costly. So to take a Medicine degree abroad you will need top grades and a lot of money.
