Sir,i'm engineering 3rd year student from india and i want to pursue master's in management(mim)from europe so i want to know what is the important factor need to be know about mim program and also answering some following query
(1)What is the importance of work experience, can an internship be considered equivalent to work experience?
(2) and how can i make my profile more attractive?
(3)what is the right time for applying?
(4)Should the Help of the Overseas Study counselors?

I am not a school so I can not give a definite answer to this question. It will depend on the admission requirements of the school that you want to apply to. The primary requirement to be accepted to a Master's Degree is to have taken a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject. Here is some more feedback:
Work experience can be a plus when applying for a Master and in some cases, it is a must. It is up to the school to judge whether they accept internships. It is better than nothing but not good enough if they ask for work experience in a Management position.
Make sure that your English is good enough and that you have the right score on relevant entrance exams. Put some effort into writing your motivation letter if the school asks for that.
