Free secondary education in abroad?

Hi, my name is Alua. I wanted to study in free secondary school in abroad. Is it possible? And in which country?

Answer:

Many European countries have free secondary education for their citizens and residents. So if your family would move to another country you can probably attend secondary school for free there. But without being a resident it is usually not possible.
