It is very rare to get a full cover scholarship for bachelor level. Especially one that would even include airfare. US universities can sometimes offer full scholarships for students with exceptional talents, primarily athletes in the big sports. However unless you have some really unique talent your best bet would be to apply for a school with low or no tuition fees which you can read more about in our article study abroad for free or if you have top grades a school that give generous financial aid to poor students, like Harvard. You can then apply for scholarships to finance your living costs and if your visa allows you can also work in the country where you are studying to improve your economy.
