Many universities teach Physics in Japan, but very few teach it in English, especially on undergraduate level. We are not in touch with any university that teach Physics in English in Japan and I am not aware of any website that list such universities, so you will have to google and see what you can find.
Japanese universities primarily teach subjects such as Global Studies, Japan Studies, Political Science and Business in English on the undergraduate level, for example Yamanashi Gakuin University. However, our partner school Kyoto University of Advanced Science offers engineering programs in English in the fields of Mechatronics, Robotics, Electronics, Mechanics and Computer Science, but unfortunately not physics.
Your best option is probably to start by learning Japanese. This is something I would recommend anyway if you want to live and study in Japan for an extended period of time. It makes life in Japan much easier and more rewarding. Fill out our information request form if you want help to find a good language school.
