Will I be able to study abroad from my A-level results?
So I completed my CIE IGCSE O/Ls and now facing problems and am now doing my A/Ls from Sri Lankan local syllabus. If I pass, will I be able to get a university abroad or am I hopelessly stuck in SL?Asked by: Suh☆, 2 years ago
Answer:
The requirements to study at universities abroad are usually the same as studying at universities in your home country. You need to have graduated from High School/A-levels or whatever it is called in your country and you need to have been in school for at least 12 years. On top of that you will need a valid passport and the funding to pay for your course and living costs abroad.
However, requirements differ from school to school abroad. For language schools and colleges, the demands are often lower than at high ranking universities so your grades can be enough for one school but not for another.
