Our resolutely innovative pedagogical approach, inspired by the "test & learn" philosophy, combines both operational and strategic dimensions. Fifty percent of your training is dedicated to real-world professional situations and projects within our training hotels and restaurants, which include a 5-star school hotel (Le Royal MGallery *****), a hotel residence, and six training restaurants, one of which is a Michelin-starred establishment.
During your training, you gradually adopt a managerial stance that allows you to rapidly develop your career: team spirit, leadership, communication, analysis and decision-making.
The MSc in International Hospitality Management is the result of a partnership between the Institut Paul Bocuse and emlyon business school.
The International Hospitality Management program trains you to become one of the world's top hospitality leaders.
The Master's degree Culinary Leadership & Innovation program in partnership with Haaga Helia University - University of Applied Sciences (Finland) brings you a strategic and avant-garde vision of the French and international Culinary Arts and Food Service professions.
Each year, you will complete a 4 to 6 month internship in France and abroad.
You have the choice to follow the program entirely in English.

The Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management and International Restaurant Management, approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, train students to become future leaders and expert managers in the tourism, hospitality, and wine and beverage sectors. The Bachelor’s in International Culinary Arts Management will allow you to become a professional, creative, innovative and responsible manager in the gastronomy, cooking and culinary events sectors.
The Bachelor’s in International Pastry Management will prepare you to become a highly qualified professional in the fields of patisserie, bread making, chocolate and confectionery, demonstrating creativity, expertise and leadership skills.
Our MSc-Master Of Science in Culinary Leadership & Innovation, in partnership with Haaga Helia, trains future leaders in the food industry sector. It gives cutting-edge expertise in innovation and transformation in the culinary world.
Our International Hospitality Management program will equip you with the competencies to become a leader on the world hospitality scene. This degree is delivered in partnership with emlyon business school. You will obtain a double degree recognized in France and internationally (MSc and RNCP Hospitality & Restaurant Management).
