L’Italiano Porticando
Founded in 2005 as a family-run school in the heart of Turin, LItaliano Porticando has been successfully teaching Italian language and culture to foreigners for 20 years now.
Why study at L’Italiano Porticando?
- Our students, of all ages and levels, are not just “numbers”, but individuals with their own linguistic needs, the school aims at satisfying through its programmes and teaching method.
- L’Italiano Porticando is a member school of A.S.I.L.S., (Association of Schools of Italian as a Second Language), which means that our programmes adhere to strict professional and didactic standards. We teach exclusively Italian, using a communicative method, which helps our students to immerse themselves in the Italian language right from the start of their language journey.
- The course books are uniquely created by us for each level and type of course, and are free of charge!
- Unlike in many other schools, our groups are never too big, and there are never more than the maximum number declared by the school. No student will feel left out!
- Our extracurricular activities (free of charge!) are part of the school’s philosophy and aim at practicing Italian in a relaxed atmosphere and get to know Turin and its surroundings.
- We’re an accredited CELI exam centre (University for Foreigners of Perugia): those who want to certify their language proficiency can sign up for a CELI exam (and for preparation classes, if needed) at our school.
- Our school has always been situated in the heart of Turin, a few steps from the main attractions of the city.
