INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS
UCSB International Programs offer a variety of high quality programs, and credits earned may be transferred to universities around the world, or used to complement students’ professional goals. University Immersion Program UIP:
Study alongside UCSB students and engage with faculty who are world-leaders in their field. Gain marketable skills applicable to businesses throughout the world, and earn academic credit to transfer to your home country.
International Diploma Program:
A wide variety of professional certificates such as Technology Management, Business Leadership, Practical Project Management, Digital Marketing etc., provide in-depth, practical, and career-focused skills while offering invaluable insight into American professional life and work culture.
3+1 Program
This program is designed for international college students who have completed three years of undergraduate study in their home country. They will spend their fourth and final year here at UCSB to get study abroad experience and to prepare for the US graduate program application process. Students will earn UC units to transfer back to their home university to receive their bachelors’ degree. Some of the units they earn may be transferable if they are accepted into a UC graduate school.
Optional Practical Training (OPT):
Want to work in the USA? Set up a temporary (up to 12 months) employment in a field directly related to your major field of study, post completion.
