Can I study medicine in Norway without knowing Norwegian?

I really like Norway as a country for studying but I can just talk Spanish and English . I graduate from highschool in 2021. What should I do?

No as far as I know, no Norwegian university offers a complete medicine program in English. Some Master programs within the faculties of Medicine and exchange semesters are available in English, but not complete medical programs. So to do a full program there you would need to learn Norwegian, but you should be aware that medicine is a highly competitive program in Scandinavia so you would also need absolute top grades to have a chance to get accepted.
