Can I study in college in Canada if I am 16 yrs old?

Can I study in Canada if I am 16 years old, but a highschool graduate? And also are there some full scholarship that I can apply to in Canada even when I am 16 yeard old? I'll wait for you respond, thank you.

Application requirements varies between different schools so check the requirements of the colleges you are interested in. Most would require that you have finished at least 12 years of school in your home country before you can apply.

Full scholarships are very rare.
