Can I transfer from a university in Malaysia to the US?
I am doing my first year of Bachelor's in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy at the National University of Malaysia. I have been told that if I want to transfer to a university in the US I have to do community college.
Therefore, my question is can transfer to a university in the US without doing community college. Can I finish the 3 years remaining of my major in the US?

I don't know who told you that. In my experience it is possible to transfer from recognized universities around the world to US institutions. Transferring to a Community College and do one year there before transferring to year three in an American University will save you some money, but it should be possible to transfer directly to a university as well.
