When you are seventeen year old you can study abroad in language schools or high school exchange programs. However, we can currently not help you with High School programs in Japan you will have to find an organisation that offers High school programs in Japan or go there after high school to study in a university or language school.
You and your family will need to cover all costs when you study abroad unless you get a student loan or a scholarship but that is usually not available on High School level.
We give free study abroad information online, but we don't have the resources to give phone support.
