Are there any cheap universities for students from Morocco?
Hello, I am seventeen in my last year of high school and am looking for universities with cheap tuition fees but really good but I don't know which country is the best (Korea, USA, Germany,...etc) I am good at English but I don t have a diploma that proves it I really need a lot of information so please help me.

University prices are usually the same for all international students regardless of your nationality. The main exception is the EU-countries where many schools have one price for EU-students and a higher price for international students.
Germany is an exception to this rule. At public universities tuition is more or less free for all students, you only pay a small administrative fee per year. However, the public universities don't offer many undergraduate programs in English so you will probably have to start by learning German at a German language school. To get a student visa to Germany you will need to transfer at least 10332 Euros to a blocked account.
In the USA the cheapest path to a degree is usually to do the first two years in a Community College and then transfer to a good university for the last two years.
In South Korea most undergraduate programs are taught in Korean, so you will probably have to start by taking a Korean Language course. In English you will primarily find programs such as International Business or International Relations. Tuition fees are lower than in the US.
