Thanks for your question. We can anonymize your previous question so your name will not be visible there. Please contact us through our contact form and give us a link to the old question that you want to anonymize. I can't find any other question connected to your e-mail since we delete contact details for old questions in accordance with our conditions for personal data.
However, normally we do not delete answered FAQ-questions since we answer these questions free of charge online so the answer will remain available to help other students with similar questions. Once you let me know which question it is we will decide whether to anonymize it or delete it completely.
