Is it a problem that my university's name changed?
Hi.I have a bachelor degree and a good GPA, but after a year of my graduation the name of university was changed by goverment. Can I study abroad in spite of this ? specially in UK.

Answer:
Yes, that should not matter. You can just write on your application that you were studying at university X which now has changed its name to Y. There is probably some information about this available online. If your new school or UCAS asks about it you can contact your old university so they can confirm this.
